1. RESEND POLICY IS POSSIBLE ONLY IF THE ORDER IS SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY-REGISTERED MAIL OR EMS SHIPPING.

2. WE CAN SEND THE ORDER AGAIN ONLY WHEN PROOF OF SEIZURE IS PROVIDED (SEIZURE LETTER OR TRACKING INFORMATION)
